Wholeworks operates at the intersection of design, technical documentation, construction understanding, and project execution. What began between two collaborators who met 18 years ago while studying Draughting and Building Technology has grown into a trusted built-environment company, grounded in Construction Management degrees, GIS and cartographic expertise, and a broad range of built-environment qualifications and accreditations.

We work islandwide across residential, commercial, industrial, and government projects, supported by a growing network of collaborators and specialist professionals. Our work is grounded in practical experience, disciplined systems, and a commitment to delivering clear information, coordinated documentation, and stronger project outcomes.

Our Story

What started as a dream between two young men who met 18 years ago while studying Draughting and Building Technology later became a side hustle alongside our 9-to-5 jobs and has since grown into a trusted name in the industry, built on passion, skill, and consistency.

Over the years, we both went on to earn our Construction Management degrees and obtained multiple certifications in Project Management, Facilities Management, Construction Technology, and other areas within the built environment. These qualifications, combined with over a decade of experience each in our respective full-time roles, helped lay a solid foundation for what Wholeworks is today.

The name has changed through the years, evolving as we did, until Wholeworks Services became the true reflection of our vision. We wanted a name that felt limitless, one that could grow with us and reflect all that we do.

It represents our commitment to delivering the whole works, and as we continue to grow, so will the services we offer.

Since going full-time, Wholeworks has proudly served over 200 residential and commercial clients across Jamaica. Our team has completed numerous construction drawings for submission, produced detailed 3D illustrations, prepared technical site reports, and successfully led and monitored construction projects from concept to completion.

We have also had the privilege of collaborating with architects, contractors, engineers, surveyors, and other professionals in the built environment. These partnerships have helped us form a strong, effective team capable of delivering high-quality work and outstanding results.
